Can DIRT do the flowers for my wedding or event?
Keep it away from any heat sources and give it a misting every couple days and water sparingly every 10-14 days

Do you offer discounts for bundling services?
Yes, our event services include, invitation and graphic design, event planning and management, floral and decor.
 

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order once I've already paid?
DIRT is unable to cancel or change same or next day orders. For other changes, email customer service or call DIRT during business hours at 214-242-9533.

Can I send a card message along with my order?
Yes, during our checkout process you’re given the opportunity to give us your card message. Your message is then beautifully hand-written and the card will be attached to your gift.


What is your return policy?
We guarantee you will be satisfied with our products and if not, we will gladly re-send or refund your purchase. Simply call or email within 48 hours of receipt of your order.


Will you send me an email to confirm my order?
Once you have confirmed your order and made your payment through our secured system we will send you an email to summarize your order. If you ordered a shippable item you will receive a tracking number to follow your gift until it reaches your recipient.

What payment methods do you accept?
DIRT accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. PayPal users can also pay with their PayPal account.
 
How do I know my payment is secure?
DIRT takes your security very seriously. Your payment is processed using the latest industry security standards. All transactions are carried out within a secure payment zone. Just look for the padlock symbol at the top of your computer screen.
 
When is my credit/debit card charged?
Your full payment will be charged at the time of ordering, whether by web, phone, or in-store. If there is a problem with a payment being processed, you will be notified and asked to use another card. Also, if there are problems with your payment there may be a delay processing your order. If we are unable to successfully process payment, your order may be cancelled. However you will be notified of this via email or phone.
 
Do I have to pay sales tax?
DIRT only charges sales tax for orders delivered/shipped within the State of Texas. Sales tax is automatically computed on product(s) costs. You will have an opportunity to review this amount before submitting your order.
